IAC Model 99W
Notes: This double-barreled side-by-side shotgun was built for Cowboy Shooting competitions. Though it is produced in China, nearly 100% of the production of the shotgun is exported to the US, and most of the rest goes to Europe. The "IAC" refers to Interstate Arms Corporation," the US company that imports the weapons. The weapon operates like an old-time shotgun, including hammers that must be cocked before the gun can be fired. Double triggers allow one or both of the barrels to be fired. The Model 99W has a dual safety system that virtually insures against accidental discharges. (It is recommended that the Model 99W not be left lying on its right side, or one of the safeties will activate by accident.) A new Model 99W does require a little breaking in, especially in the hinged break-open feature, which can be stiff in new guns.
Twilight 2000 Story: This weapon does not exist in the Twilight 2000 timeline.

Norinco Coach Gun
Notes: This is a shotgun similar to those carried by Wells Fargo Express guards in the 19th century. It is meant for Cowboy Shooting enthusiast in the US, and can fire both blackpowder loads and modern propellant loads. Though it is built in the old style, it is manufactured using modern methods. (It looks like an old shotgun, but isn’t.) It has double triggers and the hammers must be cocked before firing. It is basically a double-barreled exposed-hammer shotgun with decent range and hitting power.
